Zajištění chodu recepce (fixní pracovní doba 8.30 – 17.00 hod)
Přijímání a uvítání návštěv a klientů
Aktualizace kalendáře, plánování schůzek, starost o zasedací místnosti
Podílení se na organizování firemních akcí
Příprava zasedacích místností (občasná manipulace se stoly)
Další administrativní agenda a mnoho dalšího
