Main duties:
- Book tours (booking, rebooking, and confirmation of applications, additional services);
- Promptly solve problem situations;
- Calculate individual requests;
- Interact with the receiving parties;
- Advise tourists on the hotel base, additional services, work rules and help in navigating the site.
Requirements:
- Experience in the field of tourism;
- Sociable and stress-resistant personality type;
- Knowledge of languages: Estonian, English, and Russian.
