RESPONSIBILITIES

Our main mission is to support the Pricing efforts and Project Management. In this context, you will:

– Analyze data from multiple sources to gain insights into pricing strategies ;

– Help develop simplified pricing models and work on Pricing Product alignments ;

– Applying modeling methods to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on profitability and sales revenue, working in collaboration with Finance and Global Operations departments ;

– Collaborating with Product Marketing on competition pricing analysis: recommend pricing strategies that align closely with the market’s fit and trends ;

– Collaborating with the Pricing steering committee on developing and implementing pricing changes and new pricing for new product launches or for new markets/geographies ;

– Work closely with the Sales Operations team to implement pricing changes in different tools ;

– Help to prepare and present quarterly and monthly pricing committees ;

– Liaise and align between departments (Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Global Ops, and Finance) to support Pricing efforts to determine competitive pricing strategies objectives per segment.

Responsibilities might be widened to specific workstreams:

– Compensation : Support calculations and ease compensation payment cycles. Collaboration with Sales Ops, HR, Finance.

– Planning/ Forecasting: Collaboration with Sales Operations VP.

REPORTING LINE

This job will report to the Director of Sales Transformation.

YOU WILL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE

– A natural aptitude for mathematics and statistics with in-depth knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with deep interest and experience in analyzing data ;

– The ability to keep abreast of industry trends and develop dynamic pricing tools ;

– Proven project management and prioritization skills ;

– Business acumen and good communication skills ;

– Very good English level (minimum C1).

YOUR BACKGROUND

– A minimum of 3 years experience as a pricing analyst ;

– Experience in analyzing pricing strategies and forecasting ;

– Experience in collaborating on pricing strategies with finance, product, sales, and marketing departments.

HIRING PROCESS

– The journey starts with a phone interview with Talent Acquisition Manager (20-30 min) ;

– Then a face-to-face (virtual) meeting with the hiring manager (1 hour) ;

– This will then be followed by a case study to validate your practical job-related skills (1 hour) ;

– For the very final round, you will meet other teams in OpenClassrooms (45 min) ;

– You will be asked to provide us with professional references including contact details.
