My client are looking to recruit a Customer Service Operative to come and join their team in Sutton.

Job Description

The main duties of the Customer Service Operative are:

  • To act as the first point of contact for all electrical and gas inquiries
  • Schedule reactive work for contractors that come into the business
  • Regularly manage engineers diaries
  • Escalate repairs
  • Liaise with senior staff yo ensure works are escalated according
  • Ensure building and contact information is kept up to date and relevant

  • Isn’t afraid to pick up the call and deal with complaints
  • Must have previous experience in a customer service role
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Ambitious individual looking to develop his/her career
  • Flexible working
  • Must have conducted telephone operation in a business environment
  • Has a “Can Do” attitude

What’s On Offer

As a Customer Service Operative you will be required to work 5 days per week Monday – Friday.
