We are looking for a People Team Associate to help us scale our team in Belgrade and build the company culture. Our mission is to support the Mobile Bank In building creative, innovative products that are as flexible as you are. The ideal candidate would have experience working for global software development companies, especially growing startups.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with People Team to contribute to the development of a collaborative high performing organizational culture
- Building employee and organizational capability by helping to design and implement internal PT processes, relevant guidelines and policies
- Being the point of contact for employees and managers for People and Culture related matters, to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion are at the foundation of all learning and development programs, performance management and succession planning
- Deliver operational support and guidance on People and Culture practices to teams, coaches and managers to achieve quality outcomes
- Focus on measures and the level of employee satisfaction and identify areas that need improvement
- Plan and organize company events and programs to ensure high employee engagement and continuous improvement of employee relations
- Influence positive change by proactively addressing performance improvement
- Participate in planning, developing, recommending, and implementing performance improvement practices and procedures
- Assist in developing and support delivery of training and other proactive measures to ensure a high performing organization
- Support the People Team in Administration of Employee Accounts, Contracts, Mandatory and Voluntary Benefits, as well as ATS Hygiene
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Social Science degree as a minimum, ideally Psychology
- More than 1 year in People Team (“HR”) functions
- Demonstrable experience in multiple People Team functions (culture, organization, and/or compensation and benefit)
- Demonstrable experience in technology and non-technology recruitment
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
