Job Purpose:
The person will be the APAC region focal point for all operation including:
- Portfolio governance and project performance analysis for APAC region.
- Focal point for SAP/HANA FG code creation for APAC region.
- Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process & work closely with cross-functional team across APAC.
- Understand the market needs of APAC market to support the business growth & propose winning portfolio strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
1.Project Coordination
- Coordinate & track the assigned projects & ad-hoc to meet target timeline.
- Conduct pre-liminary screening on New Product Request based on measurement available.
- Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process & work closely with cross-functional team across APAC.
- Engage with stakeholders for label development which comply to PLI label guideline & local regulations.
- Complete operation routine including SAP data input in detailed manner.
- Track the PIPO & business performance of launched products.
- Update project status across region on timely basis
2.Portfolio Analyst
- Understand overview view of market trend in APAC countries & respective industry.
- Analyze sales performance & market trend for portfolio analysis / white space mapping.
- Monitor SLOB SKUs & recommend action for portfolio improvement.
Competencies/Skills:
- Min 1 year experience with project management skills
- Understand the process of product lifecycle management or new product development
- Understand operational activity related to new product development
- Understand SAP system would be an advantage
- Independent with strong time management skill
- Reliable team player who create & maintain productive, positive internal & external relationships through effective communication & people management skill
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in international cultures
- Detailed-oriented, self-motivated, result-driven approach
- Reasonable commercial acumen
Qualifications & Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering or related background.
Junior experience in project management.
Excellent Excel skills and Power Point Skill, mastering Power Bi would be an advantage
