Senior Analyst, Technical Support (Infrastructure)

Full time permanent position based in Hatfield, Herts

Our client is a multi-cultural, healthcare, global company and seeking a Senior Analyst, Technical Support tol provide high quality technical Infrastructure and 3rd line support & Delivery services for the EMEA region. To support and develop delivery of resilient, reliable, cost-effective EIT systems by following best practice and industry standards. Ensuring that Business requirements are met within Service Level Agreements.

Your Experience Will Include

Computer Science Degree or equivalent preferable
ITIL qualified (Foundation Minimum)

Technical Qualifications Relevant To Technical Support Such As

Azure and/or AWS Cloud Certifications
Enterprise Storage experience NetApp
MCSA/MCSE or modern equivalent
Up-to-date Microsoft Certifications in Active Directory
VCP – Vmware preferable
