We’re currently looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to join our Asset Management COO team.

Key Responsibilities

  • To have full ownership for and manage the operational relationships between the business and its Investment Management Service Providers (IMs).
  • To manage the contractual and commercial arrangements between the business and its IMs.
  • Ensure that services are delivered in line with the agreements and to the agreed service standards.
  • Ensure that expected and outcomes benefits are identified, realised and not diluted over time.
  • To engage with stakeholders across the business, ensuring that business requirements are understood, reflected in the arrangements with and the priorities set for the IMs.
  • As required, to manage and deliver major initiatives and programmes of work

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent relationship management skills with strong leadership and decision making skills
  • Proven ability to proactively influence and persuade across functions and multi businesses to drive the right business outcomes
  • Detailed knowledge of Asset Management functions and capability in order to develop strong relationship management across all levels of the businesses.
  • Good knowledge of the Insurance market working with policyholders
  • Detailed knowledge of the ASP functions and capabilities (Fund accounting, custody, collateral management etc.) in order to develop strong relationship management across all levels of the business.
  • Demonstrable contract and third party management skills, combined with strong knowledge and experience of service level and performance management.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable negotiation skills and experience.
  • Financial management and analysis skills
