We are looking for an Executive Assistant based in either London or Barcelona, to support one of our senior leaders.

The Role

The Executive Assistant works closely with the senior leader / executive and provides support across a wide range of their activities. We are a global business and our leadership travels frequently. Coordinating calendars across multiple time zones will be a key part of this role.

Your Role Will Include

  • Full diary management including scheduling, travel arrangements and related logistics
  • Helping to manage priority projects
  • Editing and drafting written communications to be shared with external parties or employees
  • Prioritising, planning and coordinating logistics for conferences and internal meetings
  • Tracking dates, events and action items
  • Following up to ensure information is collected and deadlines are met

Skills / Experience

We are looking for someone who has strong experience of supporting C-suite executives, in a global company with 500+ employees. You will need to be organised and efficient with very strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

The Executive Assistant is often privy to sensitive information so discretion is paramount. A positive and solution orientated approach is essential, and you must have the ability to foster good relationships with staff at all levels.
