About Our Client
our client is a well-established food manufacturing company in Thailand that has been operating for decades with numbers of network across the market and grows rapidly.
Job Description
- To execute company’s Code of Conduct.
- To analyse the cost structures.
- To find new sources of materials in a cost-efficiently and qualitative way.
- To be an action-oriented and enthusiastic for learning new things.
- To provide skill development for subordinates.
- To involve group sourcing organisation for all negotiations on new potential business or on-going business.
- To contribute to the local business continuity plan by securing multiple sourcing and prepare back up plan for critical items and suppliers.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven with minimum 5 years’ experience with sourcing activities with team management experience.
- Possess strong ability in negotiation and communication skills.
- Possess strong leadership skills and strategic mindset.
- Possess strong ability in planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to read, analyse and interpret complex business-related documents.
- Well-versed with proven ability with MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point.
- Good English communication skills
