Roles & Responsibilities:
- Driving Annual Renewal of cases and automating renewal process with maximum revenue
- Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring and providing recommendations for course correction to the Product and Sales teams
- Guide distribution of Business Banking ensuring volume scale-up as per the defined targets
- Work with business analytics team to identify potential for improving wallet share and x-sell
- Building analytical models in partnership with BIU for early delinquency management
- Support the Business team to provide differentiated offerings and drive business growth
- Creating Dashboard/MIS for to track and improve business performance and committed deliverables
- Identify Gaps in existing process/systems and initiate necessary remedial actions
- Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure
