Their property & Asset Management functions The successful applicant The successful Property Manager will be a Chartered Surveyor, having either MRICS or FRICS status. You will have strong property management skills, ideally gained in private practice, and ideally with a range of expertise across all asset classes. Supported by an excellent accounts and facilities team, you will take responsibility for rent and service charge collection, lease management and building maintenance, plus co-ordination of specialist services such as insurance procurement and statutory compliance. You will offer an end-to-end property management service, with full client liaison and reporting responsibilities and service charge responsibility. You may be operating at Senior Surveyor or Associate level now, and excited to take an opportunity where you can have real impact in your role. Key skills and attributes

Degree qualified or equivalent with a relevant property qualification
MRICS or FRICS status as a Chartered commercial property surveyor
Knowledge of statutory compliance, landlord & tenant law and property management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage a large caseload, with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
