The Recruitment Consultant Job:

The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for proactively sourcing new candidates using a variety of different methods. You will manage their applications, ensure that they comply with legislative guidelines, and identify placement opportunities with clients based in your geographical area.


The job of a Recruitment Consultant relies heavily on creating, developing, and maintaining relationships with numerous clients, therefore you must have a genuine passion for engaging with companies and securing their business. QS Recruitment is perfectly placed to assist you in developing your skills in this area, and, through a series of workshops will provide simple tips and strategies to enable you to win new contracts.

Account Management

This recruitment consultant role offers the opportunity to develop strong relationships with your clients, working alongside them to provide an excellent level of customer service. You will communicate with your customers daily, creating staffing solutions, advising on market trends, troubleshooting, and discussing future requirements.

You will be based in the office Monday to Friday but you will also be required to take part in the on-call rota, a service that strengthens our position in that market as a leader in customer service.
