Qualified Social Worker | Looked After Children, UASC and Leaving Care | Bracknell Forest, Berkshire

  • Qualified Social Worker / Social Work Professional required to join a Looked After Children, UASC and Leaving Care Team (aka CIC LAC CLA Corporate Parenting Care Leavers Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children)
  • Based in Bracknell, Berkshire
  • You must have a social work qualification and full SWE registration as well as relevant experience to be considered
  • Pay rate £33.97 per hour umbrella/limited

Worker required for 3 months to cover vacancy and permanent recruitment 2 days a week covering duty rota for Children Looked After and Leaving Care Teams; supporting placement moves and new placements for UASC from NTS, supervised contact, supporting young people attending appointments and supporting SWs with young people in crisis. Small case load of UASC – 10/12 Would be helpful if candidate is Age Assessment trained. Candidate must have access to a car and be in the office on Duty days.

To be considered, it is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.
