Interacting with new and existing customers via live chat and email, while providing a high-quality customer experience
Identify the customer’s problems, assess their satisfaction, and proactively participate in process improvements
Liaising with third parties to ensure a seamless customer experience
Building up expert knowledge of our product, systems, and processes

Elvárások / Requirements

Your English language skills are at a near-native level
Excellent written and oral communication skills
You are a quick learner and easily adapt to fast-changing environments
You like to communicate with customers and you are able to empathize with them in stressful situations
You are driven to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Customer Service experience is an advantage, but any previous experience where you have dealt with customers is welcome
