As a Recruitment Consultant in our Melbourne office, you will specialize in the recruitment of permanent or temporary white-collar roles including Administrators, Customer Service, Data Entry, Accounts and Finance, Recruitment & HR professionals.

So, whether you’re looking for a career change and have a natural ability to connect with people, the next step in your recruitment career or want exposure to a broader range of clients and complex business needs we want to hear from you.

What will you be doing?

  • Developing new business opportunities in your defined industry areas
  • Developing new and existing client relationships through client meetings and networking
  • Using a variety of tools i.e., job boards, LinkedIn etc to attract great candidates
  • Screening and interviewing candidates
  • Negotiating job offers
  • Providing second to none customer service to all clients and candidates
  • Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Possess

  • Experience working within a Recruitment environment (ie. Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition, Senior Recruitment Consultant) or;
  • Minimum of 2-3 years within a professional customer focussed role (i.e., Travel Industry, Insurance agent, call centre, etc.)
  • Experience working in a professional environment, meeting deadlines, working towards KPI’s
  • Previous experience working with multiple stakeholders and meeting their needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI’s
