Job Summary

We are looking for a HR/ People Business Partner to support the Transformation Program in the Technology Solutions and Products business areas. This is primarily a hands-on interim HR Business Partnering role implementing HR processes, tools and solutions and delivering HR projects and practices. An interest in Learning & Development is preferred. The position will be part of a team, which works closely with the business and together supports c.1000 UK employees in partnership with the HR Shared Service Centre and/or HR Subject Matter Authority.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Technology Solutions and Products areas of the business in the achieving their business objectives through the implementation of global / local HR management processes and best practice.
  • Drive people mobility, agility, and flexibility to meet future demand.
  • Drive and establish the Professional Services Resource Management model competence management function within Technology Solutions.
  • Support the achievement of the objectives of (1) the Technology Solutions Transformation Program and various workstreams (2) Product Transformation to improve and implement the new ways for working, within the unit and across other units.
  • Embed the things we value and drive build /people engagement within Technology Solutions and Product business areas.
  • Set and drive the positive action framework for Diversity & Inclusion
  • Support in managing the company People processes and systems, providing expertise where required.
  • As an integral member of the small Red Bee UK People team (and wider Red Bee People team), in conjunction with colleagues, implement global / local HR management processes and best practice in alignment with strategic objectives and priorities.

Position Qualifications

  • At least 6 to 10 years’ experience in People Functional area (Within IT, Media and Technology sectors).
  • Experience in implementing Learning and Development programmes and Competence Development.
  • Implementing Change Management/ Transformation Programmes and Employee Engagement Initiatives
  • Knowledge and understanding of market trends and Best in Class people practice
  • Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns
  • Strong project management skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
  • Effective teammate
  • Ability to work with teams on a virtual basis and drive influence in a matrixed organization
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

CIPD Qualified
