If so, we have an opportunity for a Merchandising Administrator to join our Merchandising team here at The Regatta Group.

The Impact you will have in this role is:

  • Responsible for all Product set up covering bulk season, and in season licences ranges and SMUs
  • Attribute management from creation, assigning and maintenance.
  • Management of season coding
  • Management of Sizing masks, colours and fits.
  • Ensure sales orders with stock discrepancies are checked accurately and on a timely basis for release to sales.
  • Must fully understand product ranges, latest delivery dates from supply chain and latest thinking with regards to merchandising.
  • Maintain planning calendar with all key tasks
  • Seasonal management of brochure checks vs the system.
  • Assist with stock management actions across warehouses ie. Transfers.
  • Produce and issue weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Provide full administrative back up to the merchandising team
  • Undertake other such tasks & duties as reasonably requested by your manager or other members of the management team

  • Knowledge of Microsoft platforms

  • Familiar with data analytics solutions
  • Experience with Merch planning systems is an advantage.
