A U.S.-based company developing cutting-edge practice management software to spare more time for doctors to treat patients is looking for a Full-Stack Back-End-Heavy Engineer. The engineer will be taking ownership of back-end-specific services while divulging the development best practices to the team. The company’s centralized and integrated platform enables doctors to manage their entire practice in a more streamlined and efficient manner. This will be a full-time position requiring significant overlap with the U.S. time zone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and implement end-to-end development architecture
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality products
- Develop a scalable, responsive, and well-documented codebase
- Interact with clients, understand their requirements, and execute them efficiently
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails, React, and Restful APIs
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Fluent in verbal and written English
