Blackbridge is a London-based employee-owned marketing company that specialises in employer branding. We work with some of the best-known brands across the world to attract and engage talent by creating innovative campaigns across multiple channels. Employer brand consultancy is one of our key services and, in this role, you’ll take responsibility for helping deliver brand and insight projects.
We want someone with demonstrable research skills to join our growing consultancy team. The ideal candidate would have industry or significant research experience. This role would suit an experienced second jobber but also a bright, hungry recent graduate would be considered if they can show the right skills and experience.
This is an exciting opportunity. You’ll be working on big projects, initially understanding the market of our clients, their competitors for talent, and then employing qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to help articulate and generate employer value propositions. Beyond the jargon, your outstanding writing skills will see you deliver brilliant proposals, reports, and research guides. Blogs too, as you promote Blackbridge’s employer branding capabilities to the market.
Sector experience is not necessary.
