We’re a forward-thinking advertising agency looking for a talented and knowledgeable designer with fresh, creative ideas and an excellent eye for detail.

You’ll be working with a young and dynamic team. Rise Collective offers a great learning space where you can expect to get involved in various aspects beyond Digital Marketing.

To be successful as a Graphic design & Video Editing Intern you must have excellent knowledge of the Adobe platforms as well as fluency in English and French. A good Graphic design & Video Editing Intern combines creative design ideas and execution as well as creative video editing. This position can evolve into a full-time position after 6 months.

Responsibilities

Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
In-motion graphics creation (social media visuals)
Video editing (colour grading, editing, etc)

Requirements and skills

Graphic Design major preferred
Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, colour, and other graphic design fundamentals
Experience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
Strong creative and analytical skills
Compelling portfolio of graphic design work
Experience with Premiere Pro is preferred
