Robert Half is currently recruiting on an exclusive basis for a HR Manager to join one of its established clients in Leicestershire. This new role will be key to supporting this growing business with their people strategy. They have a positive, professional and modern work ethos lead by a strong leadership team.

The role is based at the firms head office which is commutable from all areas of Leicestershire including Lutterworth, Loughborough, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Coalville, Nottingham and Derby

As this is a new role to the business, the successful applicant will be able to help define and develop the role and make a real impact on the business. The role sits within the management team, helping to guide the directors on shaping the people aspect of the business to ensure they are an employer of choice. This is a ‘hands on’ role and responsibilities will include owning all recruitment processes, attending management and leadership meetings, designing a performance review process for staff, reviewing and refining the firms existing HR processes and policies, reviewing employee benefits, new employee induction, developing a new starter hand book as well as all aspects of employee contracts and administration. The role is everything that would expect of working a dynamic and growing business.

Reporting to the Managing Director this is the perfect role for a candidate who is looking to use their HR flair to be able to really shape and mould a business from an HR point of view. The HR is currently outsourced and the first key piece of work will be to take a lead in bringing the HR function back in house.

You will have a passion for HR and the important role that it plays in the success of a business and will be looking to carve a long term career with a growing and forwarding thinking business.

To be considered for the role you need to have a minimum of four years’ experience of working within HR and either be studying or qualified in the CIPD qualification.

The role has a salary range of between £40,000 and £50,000 plus benefits including a bonus.

The salary rangeates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
