Our client has seen progressive growth over the last several years and have a fantastic set of accounts. This role is commutable for all areas of Leicester // Leicestershire // Coventry // Warwickshire // Nuneaton // Hinckley // Tamworth // Atherstone.

The Assistant Accountant will be joining a very reputable business and take pride in being a great place to work. After a long period of great growth, they are looking to add further support to their team. The business has fantastic offices, which are modern, and they have great facilities/equipment. They have a brilliant policy on working from home where you’re able to come onsite 1 day a week or 5 days a week if that is what you want.

The successful Assistant Accountant will be a team player and will never shy away from taking on more work. The client is looking for someone who is keen to build and growth with the organisation and this is a fantastic opportunity to really do well in a c£150m organisation. You’ll have great understanding on preparing accounts and Accruals/Prepayments. An important skill the client is looking for, is someone that is very comfortable with using Excel and can hit the ground running when dealing with Excel Spreadsheets.

The successful Assistant Accountant will be actively studying towards their ACCA // CIMA // ACA Qualifications as this client is keen to offer study support.

The Line Manager is fantastic, is a great coach and someone that you can learn a lot from. The wider finance team are also great and are always happy to help support each one of their colleagues. They have a real ‘One Team’ approach to their work and love collaborating with each other.

The role offers a salary of £22,000 to £26,000, with full study support with additional benefits.
