About The Position
Our new Safety Engineer will ensure that our design follows related safety requirements in our hydrogen projects by perform technical safety analysis and assessments. You will establish and update documentation and drawings, and have a multidiscipline collaboration internally and with clients. You will also contribute to our risk and safety design reviews and be involved in project acquisition processes. Providing technical safety support across the company and contribute to competence building, continuous improvements, and best practice within technical safety. Typical activities in our projects are, process safety and risk assessment, safety reviews (Hazid, HAZOP, LOPA) safety philosophy, functional safety / SIL, hazardous area classification, explosion analysis, RAM analysis, environmental budget / BAT evaluation, regulatory compliance
Qualifications And Experience
- Relevant Bachelor or Master degree
- Proven working experience in technical engineering / minimum of 5 years
- Knowledge and experience from ISO and IEC standards
- Knowledge of relevant software
Other Competencies And Personal Skills
- A strong team player with the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks
- Solution oriented with good collaboration skills
- Good written and communication skills, both in English and Norwegian
