Teads are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our growing sales team in Prague (Czechia). As a Sales Manager for Teads, your primary focus will be to promote the Teads Global Media Platform to agency and advertisers across Czech Republic & Slovakia.

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director CZ/SK, your missions will be:

  • Manage a client and agency portfolio
  • Prospect and close business with a targeted list of new advertiser accounts
  • Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients & agencies
  • Negotiate Sales contracts
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a united vision when corresponding with clients
  • Represent Teads in the online marketplace and become an active Brand Advocate
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Work closely with Client Services, Ad Operations, and Sales Planning, to ensure client campaign expectations are communicated internally
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue
  • Identify opportunities to leverage existing business relationships and open new ones


  • Prior digital media sales experience is required, ideally within branding and performance.
  • Track record of prospecting and selling advertising solutions in the digital media landscape
  • Understanding of the local digital marketplace
  • Relationships with contacts at top-tier agencies and advertisers
  • Programmatic knowledge/experience or previous technology platform experience a huge plus
  • Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced company
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Driven, passionate, and an ultimate team player
  • Ability to resolve queries efficiently, to multitask, and communicate across teams
  • Solution driven mentality
  • Languages: Czech/Slovak & good English
