Department Description

Salesforce launched Net Zero Cloud in 2021, this is a key innovation for Salesforce. Not only is Net Zero Cloud at the heart of our own success at being fully carbon neutral across our full value chain but will be a key enabler for organisations of all shapes and sizes globally for delivering their sustainability targets. Role Description/Impact

The successful AE will not only be joining one of the highest growth teams within Salesforce but will have a diverse and varied role due to the timing and scale of the opportunity. You will be responsible for our Net Zero Cloud product within your Territory or Region. This will include:

  • Building strong internal champions & enabling the broader sales community to sell on your behalf
  • Leading a high-volume of opportunities
  • Building Industry POV and strategies
  • Working with C-suite
  • Executing on deals directly

The Net Zero Cloud Account Executive will formulate and execute a sales strategy within an assigned territory, drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base, and develop new customers in their assigned space.

Your Impact

Salesforce offers a collaborative, innovative environment where you will be empowered to sell business applications solutions and be set up for success. You will work as a trusted advisor to deeply understand the unique business challenges and goals of the customer. You will consult with customers on the Salesforce Net Zero Cloud solution to evangelise accelerated climate action. This is accomplished by participating and leading client meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required, as well as participating in regional forecast calls and account planning sessions. Accurately forecasting sales activity and revenue while creating satisfied and reference-able customers are key responsibilities within the Net Zero Cloud AE position. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our growing Salesforce family.

Your Qualifications

  • Experience in selling to C-suite level executives
  • User of sales methodology, ideally MEDDIC
  • Successful track record, meeting & exceeding targets
  • Strong EQ and ability to build champions amongst peers, internal & external senior stakeholders
  • Strength in building and running of ‘at scale’ sales methodology
  • Able to generate short term results while maintaining a long term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation
