Purpose of the position

The successful candidate should display exceptional service skills and assist the Affluent Broker Consultants in providing outstanding administration and sales service to brokers and their brokerage.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

Drawing of client portfolios , tax certificates, maturity and early retirement quotes

Understanding TE quotations and sorting out possible errors with New Business Support

Following up queries and case issues with admin support

Identify and communicate outstanding case requirements on Doc-it

Investment policy number allocation and signing off of ROT’s

Billing and premiums reconciliation queries

Capturing of prestige funeral plan for affluent brokers

Managing brokers consultants’ offices whilst they are out of office

Broker and Broker assistant support

Support initiatives to increase the take up of technology with brokers

Qualifications And Experience

Grade 12 certificate

Relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage

At least 2 years’ experience in a financial service environment

Experience in insurance industry and/or administration and sales service will be an added advantage

Knowledge And Skills

Strong ability to work under pressure

Excellent communication skills in English.

A local language will be an added advantage

Creative, innovative and team player

Problem solving, assertiveness and client-service orientated

Computer Literate (Ms Office and Ms Excel)

Excellent communication skills
