Role: Environmental Compliance Engineer

Environmental Compliance Engineer manages environmental protection (sustainability and compliance) for all Eurotherm products at all stages of the product life cycle. The role is to assure the governance, risk management and compliance to legal and customer environmental requirements in a worldwide context. In addition, the role is to help define and implement strategies for environmental protection across multiple disciplines to ensure our products are well placed for the environmental challenges moving forward, with the ever-increasing emphasis in this area. Eurotherm are looking for a passionate, motivated person to help manage this complex topic.

  • Manage compliance to international environmental legislation
  • Work with design teams to ensure new products are designed to meet all aspects of sustainability and Eco-design
  • Ensure that topics such as product repairability, recyclability, disassembly and durability are part of Eurotherm’s products and services

Requirements

  • Degree level education (or equivalent) in an engineering, science, or equivalent subject
