The school are looking to recruit an experience administrator who has previously worked in a school and has experience of SIMs. Your New Company You will be working in a school located just outside Runcorn town centre joining an experienced and welcoming team. You will work closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to support with the daily running of the school. Your new roleAs the school office manager you will be responsible for providing a first class admin and reception service supporting the daily running of the school. As the school office manager you will be first point of contact for visitors and answer general enquiries face to face, over the phone and via email. The role will also involve you updating the school website and supporting the SLT with general administrative duties. You will also be responsible for the management of the school SIMS database and keeping it up to date with pupil information and attendance. What You'll Need To Succeed In order to be successful in securing this position, you must have previous administration experience and have experience working in a school environment. You will be available to start as soon as possible and continue on a long term basis. The role is subject to satisfactory references and a DBS disclosure.
