£35,000 + bonus


We are currently working with the UK’s largest money saving websites. Partnered with big brands like ASOS, Nike, Argos, Expedia and Pizza Express, receiving over 8 million visits per month.

The CRM team’s primary goal is to truly engage their customers with deeply personalised communications to help drive customer loyalty and growth. The CRM Associate is a key role in delivering this strategy across our current direct marketing channels of Email and Push messaging.

Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, the CRM Associate will be responsible for executing the CRM program on a day-to-day basis. Strong attention to detail as well as proven project management communication skills will be critical to success. The CRM Associate will also be responsible for post-campaign performance reporting and analysis to inform decision making that feeds into the CRM strategy.


  • Working within the CRM team in a fast-paced environment to execute daily email builds, standalone campaigns, and lifecycle messaging via existing CRM channels.
  • Audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Build, test and deployment of automated customer workflows.
  • Briefing and testing email template updates with our Engineering team.
  • Liaise with copywriters and designers to produce tailored content for each audience.
  • Reporting and analysis of daily campaign performance in line with KPIs, using insight and data to optimise future campaign delivery.
  • Driving the testing programme to ensure continuous improvement.


  • 2-3 + year’s experience delivering successful email/CRM campaigns
  • Experience with marketing automation and customer journeys
  • Numerically minded and target driven
