Responsibilities:
- Provide support and analysis for security incidents.
- Ensure prompt troubleshooting and resolution of issues
- Analyse logs from different systems, servers and applications
- Identify threats and infection
- Ensure proper documentation
- Generate reports
- Ensure SLAs are being met
- Stay updated on the latest attacks, threats etc
Requirements:
- Possess good experience in IT security
- Possess good understanding on different security attacks
- Possess good understanding of systems, network and security
- Experience using SIEM is an added advantage
- Experience working in SOC is an added advantage
- Possess strong analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Min. Diploma/ Degree in IT or equivalent
