Job Description

• Usage of modern automation of accounting and computing, progressive forms and methods of accounting
• Full accounting of incoming cash, inventory, and fixed assets, as well as timely reflection in the accounting records of operations associated with their movement
• Accounting for the implementation of cost estimates, sales of products and other works, the preparation of economically sound accounting calculations of the cost of production, works and services
• Accounting & Monthly closing: Able to handle the complete accounting of an entity independently.
• Finalisation of accounting for monthly and annual closing Knowledge of accounting standards & practices
• Inter-company Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation, Sales, Cash & Kent Reconciliation
• Maintaining tight credit control and receivables management through direct interaction with customers
• Prepare reports related to the summary of payments, deductions, additions and other payroll related reports as requested by the Direct Manager
• Record Advances to suppliers, recording of GRNs and Purchase invoices
• Weekly Treasury reporting to HO
• Hands on Knowledge on LCs, LGs & ODs
• Bank Correspondence
• Inventory control & management, Stock reconciliation, regrouping of categories

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• At least 7 – 8 years’ experience in the similar field.
• CA Inter, CMA will be preferred.
• Advance Excel, PPT & Word user
• Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Time management
