The Opportunity
Central Engineering AMS-IP team provides leading-edge SerDes PHY solutions and other Analog Mixed-Signal IPs to support all Marvell products.
Job Responsibilities
This position is to build and lead a digital design verification team for the Analog & Mixed-Signal IP development in Marvell Central Engineering. The responsibilities include but not limited to.
- Build and manage a strong digital design verification team.
- Improve the design methodology and flow.
- Design verification for various type of SerDes IPs ranging from 10Gbps to 224Gbps data-rates for different applications.
- Collaborate with Analog/DSP/FW/AE teams to deliver the competitive SerDes IP solutions for all the Marvell product lines.
- Provide the support to the product teams, for both pre and post silicon
Requirements
MSEE with 8+ years of experience.
Team management experience > 5 people.
Strong and hands on in digital design verification.
Good SystemVerilog and UVM experience.
Have strong EDA tool skills and knowledge of ASIC design flow.
Strong scripting skills.
SerDes, 56G or higher data-rates, design experience and system level knowledge.
Good personal communication skills and team working spirit.
Hardworking and motivated to be part of a highly competent design team.
