RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Planning, Designing, Developing and Implementing Cloud-based applications
2. Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines
3. Participate in Project Lifecycle implementation, Documentation and handover to BAU Team.
4. Research and develop proof-of-concepts projects to validate new solutions
5. Follow exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity
6. Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures
7. Ensure service implementations meet Apsis practices and policies.
8. Follow all ITIL Best Practices for Incidents, Requests, Tasks, Change etc.

10. Follow the Shift Roster as per Business Requirements and available On-call Support as needed.
RE-REQUISITES:
In order to succeed in this role, it is expected that you will have: Knowledge/Experience
· 10+ years’ experience of providing IT Infrastructure Services
· Experience running infrastructure and platform services in a public cloud platform, such as AWS or Azure
· Certified ITIL foundation and familiarity with the advanced principles of ITIL
· Understanding of ITIL practices
· Good knowledge of ISO27001 / ISO9001 / ISO2000
· Extensive support experience with virtualization technologies
· Good knowledge of applications including, groupware, unified communications, cloud storage technologies, back up technologies
· Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, including Blade server configuration & support
· Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities, including APIM, Landscape, HPE tools
· Experience with desktop and server operating systems, including Windows & MacOS
· Proven track record of developing and providing SLAs and Service Desk deliverables
· Demonstrated progressive experience in the management of a technical support team
· Experience of containerization technologies, application of REST API
· Strong networking skills. You understand TCP/IP, VLAN’s, DNS, load balancing
· Experience with configuration management automation and monitoring tools
· In-depth understanding of Cloud technologies and applications, storage and unified communication
Technical/Professional Skills required
Qualifications:
· Post-graduate qualifications in a computing and/or business discipline and extensive relevant experience, and
· ITIL Certification with extensive management experience and proven management expertise
· Certified AWS Solution Architect / AWS Certified professional / AWS Certified Developer – Associate
