Sharp have a new opportunity for a Visual Solutions Product Specialist.

You will support the sales team in the North of England, providing technical expertise on Sharp’s Audio-Visual product portfolio throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Sales Teams to enable the sale and growth of our Visual Solutions portfolio to existing and new customers.

Support and advise customers to ensure the correct products and services are proposed and supplied.

Demonstrate products with knowledge and confidence, highlighting the key features and benefits to customers and how the proposed product will meet their challenges

Compile and deliver detailed documentation to customers and colleagues to ensure the key features, functions and benefits of the Sharp Range are proposed.

Seek out and compile industry data and competitive analysis in order share best advice and propose the most suitable solutions.

Deliver product awareness and training to colleagues to ensure our portfolio is fully understood and promoted.

Generate new business and maintain existing clients in line with assigned targets and expectations and to grow self-generated Visual Solutions business.

Design AV solutions based on customer requirements

Deliver end user training for deployed solutions

Project manage larger, more complex installations

Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of the Sharp and Sharp/NEC product

Achieve targets and KPIs as set by the Business Unit Director

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Sales/project management experience within the AV sector

Strong understanding of industry AV and associated technologies

Highly developed business management skills

Excellent MS Office skills

Ability to work flexibly, under pressure and to meet challenging deadlines

Good verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and maintain customer relations.

Ability to confidently present to a variety of audiences.

Ability to manage conflict and problem solve

High levels of resilience and self-motivation

Strategic thinking and planning skills to implement projects

A clean UK driving licence

The willingness to work flexibly outside of core business hours
