Objective:

Manage the costing data and generate relevant report for management decision making, perform monthly and annual closing while ensuring COGs and inventory valuation are fairly reported, and conduct margin analysis.

Responsibilities:

Understand, gather, and manage the manufacturing cost data.
Work with production control, materials, purchasing, PD&D, and sales department to provide relevant costing data and data validation.
Monitor the timeliness of raw data collection and submission by production and warehouse departments.
Perform monthly and annual closing and ensure COGs and inventory balance are fairly reported in the financial statements and management reports.
Conduct margin analysis by customer and product category.
Prepare budget for costing data and profit margin.
Provide quarterly forecast for product and customer profitability.

Requirements:

Diploma and above qualification and accountancy or relevant discipline.
3 years and above work experience in accounting, experience in manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
Have good knowledge and understanding in cost accounting, relevant experience in costing would be a plus.
Skilled in MS Excel and using relevant database/system.
Good communication skills, bilingual in English and Chinese (to communicate with HQ and Chinese speaking coworkers)
