What You’ll Do

  • Use your deep product knowledge and specialist expertise to develop a compelling product vision for the in-app Sales & Service experience for the NOW/Sky Ticket products across the UK, Ireland, Germany & Italy.
  • Define, build and deliver exceptional customer journeys that make it easier for customers to sign-up and buy the content they love from NOW/Ticket, supporting the business in driving acquisition, ARPU and retention.
  • Set key product OKRs & metrics and track the impact of product changes, always using data & insight to inform decisions in definition and delivery.
  • Own the in-life experience of in-app Sales & Service, using experimentation to continually optimise the product whilst conducting regular user testing.
  • Collaborate closely with a wide range of partners to solve problems for our customers and the business, focusing on the areas of the greatest value.
  • Work hand in glove with the Sales & Service platform team to develop flexible, forward-thinking journeys and capabilities, that benefit all of our markets.
  • Working closely with our Design and Research terms to uncover customer needs and problems, adopting a Human-Centred and Design Thinking approach to customer experience and service design.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a product management environment, ideally within a subscription / ecommerce business.
  • You’ll be passionate about ecommerce and customer service journeys, proactively finding opportunities to create better experiences for customers and increase business value.
  • Very strong data literacy and proven experience of experimentation methodologies (MVT, AB testing) to optimise journeys, including use of analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong experience of leading the product lifecycle from discovery through to definition, delivery, evaluation and iteration.
  • Excellent communications skills with demonstrable experience of engaging and influencing senior people and decision-makers within a large organisation, across geographical markets.
  • Be a people person and collaborator.
