ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
● As a Specification Consultant, you will be working very closely with Architects, Structural Consultant and MEP consultant in defined area, to create market awareness
● Build long term relationships with specifiers to gain knowledge of specifications on projects.
● Conduct technical seminars in specifier’s offices and at potential sites and offices of clients to develop both short term & long-term business opportunities/leads for the company.
● Support sales teams, contractors, and designers to drive the sales of specific products and software.
● Visit job sites to assess design problems, as well as opportunities, giving technical advice, solutions and support by adding value through Hilti products.
● Coordinate with the sales team to ensure the specification are converted into sales.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Education: Graduate Engineering Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural or Architectural Engineering.
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant and proven experience in direct/specification sales to architects, designers, consultants with a high level of knowledge of the design and construction process.
Key targets and deliverables:
● Getting Hilti products and services specified.
● Installing, training and ensuring that specifiers use Hilti design software.
● Lead generation and conversion.
● Specifying INP (Introduction of new products) products.
