As our Sports Technical Operator, you’ll be part of our Operational Delivery team which is responsible for delivery of every event on our clients’ platforms. You’ll work closely with the Operational Planning team as well as other delivery staff to ensure that we delivery of all scheduled events.

In this role you will be carrying out all daily tasks in line with department process and procedures, following technical procedures and processes to ensure delivery of events for clients, and providing support to clients to react to any issues.

You will be using live production equipment for ingest and signal switching correctly and ensuring correct delivery, liaising with 2nd line support teams to resolve system issues, and providing full end to end monitoring of live streams at the user level.

Whilst your job title and job description indicate your principal responsibilities, you may from time to time be asked to carry out other functions of the business including customer service. Members of staff will not be asked to undertake other tasks unreasonably, but a measure of flexibility is expected of all.
