As an Apprenticeship Coordinator you will be responsible for the overall coordination of our apprenticeship programmes across our 4 UK offices, from recruitment right through to transitioning off the apprenticeship programme. Our Team And What We Do Our UK HR team consists of our core generalist HR team (responsible for our UK fee earners and business services staff populations), Learning & Development, Projects, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Rewards & Benefits. The Apprenticeship Coordinator will be aligned to the Emerging Talent Team and will work closely with the HR Business Managers and Learning and Development team. Our Opportunity You'll be responsible for supporting all aspects the apprenticeship programmes from recruitment through to qualification. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure programmes run smoothly and remain compliant with apprenticeship standards. You'll act as a clear point of contact for Apprentices, and the teams managing Apprentices, in addition to providing consistent support and guidance to ensure programme requirements are being fulfilled. You'll be providing pastoral support to Apprentices to ensure a smooth transition to working in a professional environment as well as ensuring they deliver their full potential in the roles they are in. You'll also be acquiring up to date knowledge of various apprenticeship programmes and the compliance requirements and standards attached to them, as well as supporting with marketing campaigns and events such as Career Fairs to attract new talent. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of recruitment projects and initiatives across the Firm, including digital and social attraction methods and assisting with the firm's summer placement schemes. This is a very varied and busy role in which no two days will be the same!
