About The Role Monday – Friday 37hrs/ 38 weeks per year - Term Time Only Staffordshire University are looking to recruit a Team Leader to run a small coffee shop within South Staffs College, the successful candidate will need to be confident and be able to make decisions where necessary. We offer competitive rates of pay, a generous holiday entitlement and a commitment to staff training and development. You will be responsible for all ordering and stock levels as well supporting the senior team leader with monthly promotions. You will ensure the daily food service is at the highest standards for hygiene and complies with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations (including implementing and enforcing standards of personal hygiene and dress). You will ensure financial procedures are implemented properly within the service, including cash handling in line with Staffordshire University Polices. About You To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience and understanding of customer service, as well as working within a team. At least 1 years’ experience is required in a similar role. A full DBS clearance would be required. Predominately this role is Monday – Friday but some weekend work would be required on open days.
