Are you a time served, multiskilled maintenance engineer with experience with Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC systems?

Do you have a desire to work as part of a small but highly dedicated team of engineers, all of which have multiple years behind them at our site in Coventry, designing high quality automotive parts?

Would you describe yourself as having a long-term mindset, with a willingness to learn and train as part of a small, tight knit family environment?

We are looking for a multiskilled maintenance engineer, who isn’t averse to responsibility and loves a challenge. Preferably, we are looking for an electrically biased engineer, but mechanically biased engineers with suitable electrical competencies will be considered for the role.

As part of our team, we will be more than happy to send you on any training courses you feel will be beneficial to your development and skill set. All our engineers have years behind them at the company and we want you to share their experience.

The successful engineer must hold a 17th edition wiring regs certificate and preferably an 18th and must be time served. Experience being able to read and alter either Mitsubishi or Siemens PLCs is also important to us. The working environment is a warm one and thus can be physical, we need someone who is willing to muck in and take responsibility even in tougher conditions.

Your roles and responsibilities will be to maintain and repair our many steam and hydraulic presses on site, ensuring minimal downtime. Our presses range anywhere between 50 – 300 tonnes, experience with such machinery is not essential but beneficial. A lot of our machinery is bespoke so training will be provided to ensure you’re well equipped to deal with all aspects of the production environment.
