This is an amazing opportunity for a Head of Customer Success who wants to help disrupt the world of sustainability! The company is unleashing the potential of energy by providing a cloud-based platform for managing destination charging scenarios. They’re on a mission to provide access to smart charging -anytime and anywhere for everyone, being based on data-driven, innovative and reliable use of technology.
In this role you will be in charge for setting the company’s customer success strategy, manage and execute client engagement activities for the Nordic region. You will be responsible for executing customer retention and account growth across the digital channels, while leading the customer success team. You will have the ability to leverage your skills, resources and capabilities to take on impact-driven work that hasn’t been scoped yet!
Responsibilities:
· Maintain a relationship with existing clients and keep them engaged
· Ensure customers get fast time-to-value
· Build a customer-centric team environment
· Collaborate closely with peers ( Head of Marketing, Head of Sales)
Requirements:
· 3-5+ years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager
· Background in EV/ EV charging industry.
· Familiar with SaaS enviroment
· Be excited to work in a fast-paced start-up, with high cultural values.
