As Student Assistant in Drug Substance Manufacturing you will have tasks within managing documents in Veeva Vault platform, entering and controlling data in our data hub, and working together with the Manufacturing and Quality Control teams in DK.

Your main responsibilities are:
- Support the Drug Substance Manufacturing teams
- Manage documents in the Veeva Vault
- Enter and maintain data from manufacturing, quality control and stability studies
General Administration
Ideally, you are studying pharmaceutical sciences or similar in Copenhagen, and have a special interest in Drug Development. Most importantly, you have a structured, positive, and independent approach to the tasks you are presented with.
The following qualifications are desirable:
- Ability to keep an overview of many tasks at once
- Experience with document management systems
- Structured and systematic approach to tasks, with an analytical mindset
- Profound knowledge of Excel
You are proficient in English at a professional level, both written and spoken.
You work independently and can complete a task with little supervision. You are detail-oriented, motivated, and learn at a quick pace. You are a doer and not afraid to learn from your mistakes. You maintain a high energy level for new as well as maintenance tasks. You are conscientious about your tasks, solution-oriented and focused on meeting deadlines.
Place of work: Ascendis Pharma resides in a wonderful office facility in Tuborg Havn in Hellerup with a view of the harbor, the canals, and the sea.
Work hours: 10 to 12 hours per week. Flexibility around your exams and studies can be arranged with your manager and coordinated in the team.
