About the Job

You will be part of an international Sales team, operating in our Paris, London, Berlin, Amsterdam and Remote markets.

We launched our platform in London 5 years ago, and our 2022 ambitions have never been so strong, with a big growth of our candidate acquisition teams to answer more and more clients’ requests.

This is thus a crazy time for us and we are looking for a talented Sales & Account Manager to help us double our growth in the UK.

Your job as a Sales & Account Manager will be to:

  • Engage with the CEOs, CTOs, Heads of HR/Recruitment of the top tech startups and companies in London to turn them into happy customers
  • Develop our Sales strategy and the commercial playbook in the UK as one of our core sales people in the team
  • Convert your pipeline of prospects into clients by leading the sales meetings, defining the right commercial proposals and closing the deals.
  • Manage your portfolio of clients in London and guide your clients on how to hire tech people successfully on
  • Closely collaborate with SDRs (who will generate leads for you) and Talent advocates (who are in charge of coaching candidates on the platform)

Your profile

  1. 2 to 5 years of professional experience as a Sales or CSM (ideally in a Saas company or fast growing tech startup), or in 360° recruitment,
  2. You must be fluent in English (both verbal and written),
  3. You are a quick learner, very curious with a track record of ownership.
