Tanfeeth is looking for Operations Support Supervisor to join Neo leap team and support sales to ensure organization reaches the sales goals each year. The responsibility will be include building pitches and documents for the sales team, conducting research and analyzing data and overseeing various administrative tasks required to ensure our organization reaches our sales goals.

Key Accountabilities:

Developing and implementing sales processes for sales teams, specialists and other representatives
Maximizing efficiency in an organization’s sales process.
Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts
Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals
Recruiting, hiring and training sales representatives
Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends
Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
Implementing and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships
Oversee the sales funnel.
Streamlining and optimizing the sales process.
Selecting, implementing, and managing sales automation tools.
Manage CRM data.
Perform sales forecasting.
Work with sales leadership to develop organizational goals.
Lead a team of sales operations professionals.

Strong leadership skills to evaluate ongoing sales team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary
Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper management
