We are recruiting for X2 full-time Teaching Assistants to support across Key Stage 4 in one of our partner SEN schools in Hinckley. The roles are to start from 17th January 2022 but the school are willing to wait longer for the right candidates.

The school require Teaching Assistants to match their ethos and values so the ideal candidate should have:

• Ideally, previous experience within the education, care or sports coaching sector
• A patient, calm and caring personality
• Experience in working with children/young people with SEN
• A strong ability to develop relationships and rapport with both pupils
