We have an effective and fast-developing business operations team focused on finding and developing new business lines within our industry. We work closely on commercial content production, support the licensing and product development teams on the operational side, and explore various business opportunities for new revenue streams.

We are looking for a Junior Business Operations Specialist to assist with daily operational tasks related to new business initiatives, such as data collection, organising projects, working closely with the licensing team and assisting with various operational requests. You will collaborate with internal departments and handle incoming requests.

⭐ What you will do:

Plan, organize and coordinate production and publication operations, schedules;
Handle daily operational tasks related with various business initiatives;
Ensure that all information in internal systems and documents is updated accurately and in a timely manner;
Collect and analyse data, prepare reports;
Process data requests;
Assist in the coordination of commercial video production;
Assist in the creation of visual materials with the help of the internal design team;
Handle various ad hoc task;

⭐What we will love about you:

2+ years of working experience in a corporate environment (B2B account management or marketing background can be an advantage);
Fluency in English, both speaking and writing (Neat native / Native);
Excellent communication skills;
Positive, pro-active attitude, result-oriented;
Ability to work at a fast pace;
Familiarity with the video production process; knowledge of social media platforms and trends is an advantage;
Tools: Asana, Hubspot, Slack;
