JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer

PQE REQUIRED: 5+

LOCATION: Bury St Edmunds

SALARY: Dependent on experience

The Role

An opportunity has arisen within a progressive and reputable law firm in Suffolk, for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to handle a full and varied caseload of residential property including sales, purchases, transfer of equity, buy to lets and re:mortgages. As the appointed Residential Property, you will be responsible for your own caseload of files and be able to assist other members within the team on variety of residential conveyancing transactions. Handling matters from start to finish you will ideally have experience of dealing with complex matters however this is not essential.

The Candidate

In order to be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience of dealing with your own caseload of residential property matters. Ideal Residential Property Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives will ideally have some experience in dealing with commercial property matters. You must as a Residential Conveyancer be able to deal with the whole conveyancing process from initial instruction through to post completion and be looking for a supportive and friendly team where you can see your career develop.

A superb opportunity for the successful Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to manage their own caseload of residential property matters.
