Opportunity
We are looking to add an Account Executive to our growing Commercial/SMB team! The ideal Account Executive candidate will have a proven track record of success and have high energy. This is a hunter role and will involve prospecting to accounts up to 75 users/agents. Additionally, they will be adept in advancing deals through the sales cycle utilizing a prescribed sales methodology. Candidate must be located within the specified selling region: European Union (EU).
Responsibilities
The Account Executive position is responsible for prospecting new logo opportunities into the defined territory. The role involves communication of the unique UJET value proposition and next-generation cloud solution to senior-level customer contacts.
A successful individual will coordinate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and channel partners for territory development and consistent pipeline growth. Additionally, the individual will partner with the marketing for account-based and territory-based marketing initiatives, including customer events, webinars, industry trade shows and digital/social media campaigns. The employee is also expected to act as customer advocate within the UJET organization while advocating UJET to customers and prospects.
The individual will leverage the UJET sales process for identification, positioning and lifecycle management of opportunities. The individual will work with UJET resources to develop and position the appropriate solution to fit customer needs & objectives. Additionally, the individual will need to provide accurate and timely forecasts to the UJET leadership team.
The employee is required to live in the specified territory and may work from a regional UJET office or at a home-office location.

- Own the entire sales process from prospecting to close
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting
- Cultivate, grow and enable partners to successfully close UJET business
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Demonstrate UJET technology over video and occasionally in-person
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of B2B full cycle field sales experience in a revenue closing role with a proven record of overachievement
- Highly effective communication skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple emails, phone calls, social media and more
- Team player attitude
- High energy, positive attitude and strong technology sales skills
